How we work

From referral to settling in

A clear, careful process, so every young person arrives somewhere they are expected and wanted.

  1. 1

    We listen

We take time to understand each young person’s needs and wishes.

  2. 2

    We match

We only offer a place when the home and the team are the right fit.

  3. 3

    We stay close

A named key worker supports them from the day they arrive.

SHINE

Every child and young person has something special to give. We help them find it, and let it shine.
